Rancho Cordova

As gold prospectors flocked to California in the 1840s it quickly became a key destination thanks to its proximity to both the American River and the Transcontinental Railroad. As the Gold Rush fever cooled, many prospectors settled in this fertile area and became wine and hop growers. Some time later it became the home of the early aeronautical industry, and now a technology hub for the most prestigious science and medicine University, UC Davis.

Contemporary Refresh with Timeless Design

The interior is a balance of light wood tones with warm to light neutrals illustrating integrated greenery. The atmosphere is bright and airy, making the most of natural light. The overall workplace environment feels natural, modern and sophisticated. Technology is interlaced throughout the physical experience. Pops of color are thoughtfully sprinkled through furnishings. The design is light and open, and sophisticated with a slight nature connection.
