Serving as Senior Designer at 1100 Architects, this beach house is designed to blend seamlessly with its Long Island setting, featuring two main sections: a living area and a recreation pavilion, both extending into the dunes. From the driveway, it looks like a solid stone structure with rectangular windows, while the south side boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the stunning ocean views. At the heart of the home, a spacious double-height area invites social gatherings, while more private family rooms are nestled around the edges.

Serene and upscale coastal charm, a private pristine beach surrounded by historic estates with calming waves and dunes. This boutique home boasts a prestigious, yet laid-back atmosphere. This California bungalow is a charming, single-story home. Its low-pitched roof, wide front porch with overhanging eaves make for perfect afternoons watching passerby's. This home is made completely from Californian Redwoods, an ideal wood construction. The home also incorporates an updated open floor plan and built-in cabinetry, with cozy, intimate nooks. It is a relaxed, informal home that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, reflecting early 20th-century American Craftsman influences.

As gold prospectors flocked to California in the 1840s it quickly became a key destination thanks to its proximity to both the American River and the Transcontinental Railroad. As the Gold Rush fever cooled, many prospectors settled in this fertile area and became wine and hop growers. Some time later it became the home of the early aeronautical industry, and now a technology hub for the most prestigious science and medicine University, UC Davis.
